1、Date: March 17, 2023 (Friday), those who fail to take the re-examination after the time limit will forfeit the qualification theory.
2、Site: Institute of Communication Studies, 1st Floor, HSS Building 2, Guangfu Campus (Address: No. 1001, Daxue Road, Hsinchu City).
3、Registration location: Please register at the hall on the first floor of HSS Building 2 thirty minutes before the scheduled oral test time.
4、Documents to bring when registering: the original ID card (or the original student ID card).
5、Paper documents should be submitted for the oral test: Please send the materials in triplicate to the address of our office by registered mail before March 10, 2023 (Friday) (inclusive) (with the postmark date as evidence).

7、Sequence of test taking: starting at 09:30 on March 17, 2023(Friday), about 10 minutes for each candidate (3 minutes for oral report, 5-7 minutes for committee members to ask questions). Please click here to download the schedule. If you are unable to participate in the scheduled interview time due to legitimate reasons, please notify us by E-MAIL before 12:00 noon on March 9, 2023 (Thursday) to assist in adjusting the interview time. Candidates will be notified by e-mail of the adjusted oral test timetable before March 14, 2023 (Tuesday).
8、Precautions:
（1）Those who present by computer must indicate [candidate number_name] in the subject of the file and letter before 12:00 noon on March 14, 2023 (Tuesday), such as: 6010001_Aniya, E-MAIL to ict31991@nycu.edu.tw. Overdue submissions will not be accepted, please pay attention to the e-mail mailbox.
（2）Notebook computers, single-shot projectors, and presentation pens are available at the oral examination site. In order to ensure a smooth process, self-prepared USB or laptops are not accepted for presentations on the day.
