Admission Interview Announcement for the 114th Academic Year Master’s Program
The following information pertains to the admission interview for our Master’s Program. Candidates who have passed the preliminary exam must read the details carefully and complete the registration and necessary preparations within the specified timeframe.

2. Interview Date, Time, and Venue

Date: March 21, 2025 (Friday)

Start Time: 09:30 AM (Each candidate has approximately 10 minutes)
- 3 minutes: Oral presentation
- 5-7 minutes: Q&A session with the committee

- Graduate Institute of Communication Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences Building II, 1st Floor, Guangfu Campus, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University

Check-in Time
- Candidates must check in 30 minutes before their scheduled interview at the lobby of Humanities and Social Sciences Building II, 1st Floor

- Original National ID card or any other photo ID with an identification number

Hard Copies:
- Must be sent via registered mail to the institute by March 14, 2025 (Friday) (postmark as proof). Three copies are required.

4. Important Notes
- Candidates who fail to attend the interview on time will be disqualified.
- If you are unable to attend the interview at the scheduled time due to special circumstances, please notify the institute via email before 12:00 PM, March 13, 2025 (Thursday) for assistance in rescheduling.
- Rescheduled interview times will be notified via email by March 18, 2025 (Tuesday).
5. Interview Equipment Guidelines
- The institute provides the following equipment:
- Laptop, projector, presentation clicker
- Personal USB devices or laptops are NOT allowed for presentations. Candidates must submit their presentation files in advance via email.
